Jason is the longest serving employee of the Calum Ross Team, having joined the team as our Senior Underwriter back in 2002 after serving over 5 yrs. as a senior underwriter at one of Canada's largest mortgage companies. Jason has personally overseen the funding of over 1.5 Billion dollars in mortgages - which puts him in select company in the Canadian mortgage industry.
Now one of the Calum Ross team's mortgage consultants, Jason's strong underwriting background allow our clients to benefit from his in-depth knowledge of the various mortgage lenders and products that they offer and the structuring of loan approvals to ensure the most competitive products and hassle free mortgage solutions. This coupled with his background in financial planning ensures that each client's mortgage fits into both their short term and long term financial plans.
Jason's understanding of the Canadian mortgage market has led to him being featured several times on television, radio and print media. Weather it is working with a real estate investor to restructure an existing loan portfolio or educating a first time buyer, Jason brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to providing world class customer service. Jason holds a diploma in marketing from George Brown College and holds his Professional Financial Planner (PFP®) designation from the Canadian Securities institute.
